PURPOSE: A method for producing 9Z-hexadecenoic acid from Halomonas is provided to improve yield and to optimize isolation and purification of 9Z-Hexadecenoic acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing 9Z-Hexadecenoic acid comprises: a step of culturing Halomonas sp. marine microorganism strain; and a step of isolating a metabolite of the cultured strain and concentrating. The Halomonas sp. marine microorganism stain is Halomonas CCRB608(KCTC 11313BP). A method further comprises a chromatography.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes, which contains marine microorganism metabolite is provided to ensure the effect of suppressing beta cell death with low price. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains marine microorganism metabolite as an active ingredient. The marine microorganism is Halomonas sp. The microorganism is Halomonas CCRB608(KCTC 11313BP). The marine microorganism metabolite is extracted using methanol and hexane solvent. A method for producing the composition comprises: a step of culturing marine microorganism strain; a step of extracting cultured strain using solvent; a step of concentrating the extracted marine microorganism metabolite; and a step of isolating concentrated metabolite.

본 발명은 당뇨합병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 해양 미생물 대사체를 유효성분으로 하는 당뇨합병증을 예방 또는 치료하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 해양 미생물 대사체는 지방독성에 의한 혈관내피세포 사멸 및 염증반응 억제에 탁월한 효능을 나타내어 당뇨합병증의 대표적인 인 동맥경화증을 억제하는데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 혈관내피세포, 당뇨병성 합병증, 동맥경화증
