Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing marine microorganism metabolite for preventing and treating diabetes is provided to ensure excellent efficiency in suppressing vascular endothelial cell apoptosis and inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating diabetes contains marine microorganism metabolite as an active ingredient. The marine microorganism is Chromohalobacter salexigens(KCTC 11333BP). The marine microorganism is isolated using hexane solvent. A method for producing the composition for preventing and treating diabetes comprises: a step of culturing the marine microorganism strain; a step of isolating the strain using the solvent; a step of concentrating the microorganism metabolite; and a step of isolating the concentrated metabolite.

본 발명은 2-아미노-2-노보네인카르복실산을 함유하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 자세하게는 2-아미노-2-노보네인카르복실산이 식이성 비만에서 지방세포의 분화를 억제하고 지방세포의 양을 줄이는 효과를 나타냈기 때문에, 본 발명에 따른 2-아미노-2-노보네인카르복실산 조성물은 고지방 및 고과당에 의한 식이성 비만을 줄이는데 탁월한 효능을 나타낼 수 있기 때문에 식이성 비만의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains 4-(1H-indazole-6-ylamino)-N-isopropyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carboxamide compounds of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. A health functional food for preventing or treating diabetes contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or salts. PURPOSE: A method for producing 9Z-hexadecenoic acid from Halomonas is provided to improve yield and to optimize isolation and purification of 9Z-Hexadecenoic acid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing 9Z-Hexadecenoic acid comprises: a step of culturing Halomonas sp. marine microorganism strain; and a step of isolating a metabolite of the cultured strain and concentrating. The Halomonas sp. marine microorganism stain is Halomonas CCRB608(KCTC 11313BP). A method further comprises a chromatography.
