PURPOSE: A method for producing plant with enhanced or suppressed blue light recognition ability is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a plant with enhanced blue light recognition ability comprises: a step of overexpressing a gene comprising a sequence of sequence number 1 or similar sequence with the sequence of sequence number 1; and a step of selecting a plant with enhanced blue light recognition ability. The gene is a gene encoding a polypeptide comprising amino acid sequence of sequence number 2.

A method is provided to screen a compound influencing on plant growth rapidly and accurately. A method for screening a compound influencing on plant growth comprises the steps of: (a) dividing a culture medium for Arabidopsis thaliana into each wells of a 24 well plate; (b) seeding each well with at least 2 seeds of the Arabidopsis thaliana; (c) treating one well with DMSO(methylsulfinylmethane) and treating the remaining wells with a compound dissolved in the DMSO; and (d) comparing and observing phenotype of the Arabidopsis thaliana growing at the wells treated with the compound and phenotype of the Arabidopsis thaliana growing at the well treated with the DMSO, wherein the culture medium is selected from the group consisting of an MS medium, a B5 medium, a White medium, an N6 medium and an SH medium.

The present invention relates to a method for performing ultra-high resolution imaging and detecting the direction of the dipole of a fluorescent molecule, and more particularly, to a method for performing ultra-high resolution imaging and detecting the direction of the dipole of a fluorescent molecule, capable of taking ultra-high resolution pictures of a fluorescent molecule and measuring the direction of the fluorescent molecule by analyzing the signal of the fluorescent molecule whose strength is changed according to the angle formed by the polarization direction of an incident laser light and the dipole of a fluorescent molecule. The present invention provides the method for performing ultra-high resolution imaging and detecting the direction of the dipole of a fluorescent molecule, which comprises a marking step of marking the fluorescent molecule on a target; an incident laser introduction step of introducing a linearly polarized incident laser to the fluorescent molecule; a fluorescent molecule signal imaging step of imaging the signal of the fluorescent molecule whose strength is changed according to the angle formed by the polarization direction of the incident laser light and the dipole of the fluorescent molecule; and a signal analyzing step of analyzing the signal of the fluorescent molecule imaged in the fluorescent molecule signal imaging step.
