A heterocyclic indene derivative, a radioactive isotope labeled compound of the derivative, a method for preparing the radioactive isotope labeled compound, and a composition for the beta-amyloid imaging containing the radioactive isotope labeled compound are provided to allow a radioactive isotope to be labeled easily, to improve the initial brain absorption and to enhance the disappearance at normal brain. A heterocyclic indene derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein X is O, S or NH; Y is CH or N; Z is F, Cl, Br, I or a sulfonic acid derivative; and R1 to R8 are independently H, a C1-C4 alkyl group, F, Cl, Br, I, O-CH3, O-CH2-CH3, O-CH2=CH2-CH3 or OH.

A F-18-fluorobenzylidenehydrazone-nicotineamide-peptide compound is provided to be coupled to various peptide receptors existing on various cancerous tissues and angiogenesis portion in human body so as to emit positron, thereby being used as an agent for positron emission tomography. The F-18-fluorobenzylidenehydrazone-nicotineamide-peptide compound is represented by the formula(1) and prepared by mixing a hydrazinonicotinamide-peptide represented by the formula(2) with an F-18-fluorobenzaldehyde represented by the formula(3) so as to form a hydrazone bond.

A method for identifying synovium cell which proliferative or chondrogenic potential is decreased is provided to easily and accurately identify the synovium cell. A kit for identifying or detecting a synovium which proliferative or chondrogenic potential is decreased comprises: an antibody which specifically binds to CD166, CD49a or CD106; and a probe or primer which specifically binds to the sequence of cyclin-dependent kinase suppressor 2A gene, v-Ki-ras 2 gene, thrombospondin 1 gene, mitogen activated protein kinase 9 gene, tumor necrosis factor receptor super family member 6 gene, tumor necrosis factor receptor super family member 10d gene or PRKC apoptosis WT1 regulator (PAWR) gene. A method for identifying or detecting the synovium cell comprises: a step of containing an antibody which specifically binds to a test cell to analyze in CD166, CD49a or CD106; and a step of determining the bind of the antibody on the surface of the cell.

CONSTITUTION: A kit for identifying or detecting synovial cells with reduced proliferation ability or chondrogenecity contains a primer or probe which specifically binds to PRKC apoptosis WT1 regulator(PAWR) gene sequence. A method for identifying or detecting synovial cells comprises: a step of isolating total RNA from synobial cells; a step of synthesizing cDNA from the total RNA; a step of hybridizing the cDNA to the probe; and a step of confirming hybridization.
