Abstract:
A method for preparing eastern evergreen oak fruit jelly is provided to improve the taste and nutrients of common jelly using fruits of eastern evergreen oak. A method for preparing eastern evergreen oak fruit jelly comprises the following steps of: peeling fruits of eastern evergreen oak(S10); removing impurities from the peeled fruits(S20); removing tannin contained in the fruits(S30); making the fruits powder(S40); extracting starch from the powder(S50); giving the heat to the starch in order to cook into a gel(S60); naturally cooling the gel at room temperature for 3-25 minutes(S70); and molding the cooled gel into a predetermined shape(S80).

본발명은난대산림수종으로부터향기성분을최적의수율로추출하는방법및 이에따라제조된난대산림수종추출물에관한것으로, 동백나무또는사스레피나무와같은난대산림수종을메탄올을사용하여추출한다음여과액을헥산으로분획함으로써향기가뛰어나고인체에무해한친환경적인향기성분을다량으로함유하는추출물을최적의수율로수득할수 있다. 또한, 난대산림수종이많이분포되어있는지역의특산품으로개발하여지역민의소득증대는물론고부가가치의친환경적인향 함유제품을선호하는소비자의욕구를충족시킬수 있으리라기대된다.

본 발명은 분말화된 모람을 가열기로 용융되고 구취억제 및 휘산작용을 갖는 첨가제가 첨가된 폴리에틸렌수지에 첨가하여 가열기로 가열하여 필름을 제조하여 필름에 천연성분의 모람이 갖는 항균작용으로 인해 필름에 항균작용을 갖도록하여 상기 필름을 신선식품을 포장재로 사용시 신선식품에서 장기간 보관시 발생되는 미생물을 억제시키도록 항균성 및 산소투과도 억제를 확보하여 신선식품의 신선도를 높게 유지하여 신선식품의 저장성을 높이고, 신선식품에서 구취가 발생하는 것을 원천적으로 예방하도록 한 모람성분이 첨가되어 항균 및 산소투과억제 기능을 갖는 필름제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 오갈피의 가공을 통하여 오갈피가 가진 특유의 맛과 향을 조절하고, 유효성분의 물질인 페놀화합물과 에레우테로사이드 량을 다량 함유하면서 DPPH radical 소거능 및 아질산염 소거능이 우수하게 하는 오갈피를 이용한 차음료 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 오갈피를 이용한 차음료 제조방법은 오갈피 가지를 건조시킨 후에 0.5㎝ 이하로 파쇄하고 파쇄된 오갈피 가지를 140 내지 150℃에서 10 내지 15분 동안 볶아주는 단계; 상기 오갈피 가지 50~65 중량%, 상지 30~40 중량% 및 현미 1~20 중량%를 혼합하는 단계; 및 상기에서 혼합된 오갈피 가지, 상지 및 현미의 혼합물을 물과 중량비 기준으로 1 : 200 ~ 1000의 비율로 혼합한 후에 60 내지 80℃에서 3 내지 7분 동안 추출시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A method for producing a Quercus Salicina leaf extract having effects in stone removal of the present invention comprises the steps of: extracting leaves only from Quercus Salicina and then drying and pulverizing the leaves; filtering after performing, with methanol in a water bath, hot water extraction of the pulverized Quercus Salicina leaves, and then obtaining a methanol crude extract by decompression enrichment with a rotary evaporator; fractionizing the methanol crude extract into n-hexane fractions, CHCl_3 fraction, EtOAc fractions, n-BuOH fractions, and H_2O fractions according to a solvent fraction method; and separating bioactive substances from the fractions of ethyl acetate and CHCl_3. Thereby, the present invention manufactures the Quercus Salicina leaf extract having effects in stone removal using bioactive substances with effects of stone removal, anti-inflammation, and anti-cancer, active oxygen generation prevention and the like from Quercus Salicina leaves, and develops beverages and the like using the same, thereby enhancing stone prevention and national health promotion as well as increasing rural household incomes and vitalizing the competitive edge.

PURPOSE: A Cudrania tricuspidata mixture fermentation pill is provided to help ingestion of ingredients such as pine needles and onions because the pill is manufactured in a small size so as to be easily taken and the strong flavor and taste of pine needles and onions are removed using Cudrania tricuspidata and to be used as dietary supplements with enhanced antioxidative effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a Cudrania tricuspidata mixture fermentation pill comprises the steps of: steaming and roasting powder of fermented pine needle and onion extracts; preparing a Cudrania tricuspidata extract; mixing the powder, Cudrania tricuspidata extract powder, brown rice powder, and glutinous rice powder and kneading the mixture; forming the mixture in a pill; maturing the pills; and drying the pills.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition containing Cinnamomum japonicum essential oil is provided to ensure antibacterial activity against Malassezia pachydermatis, Malassezia furfur, and Candida albicans; and to be applied in skin formulation and cosmetic materials for external use. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition against Candida albicans contains Cinnamomum japonicum essential oil as an active ingredient. The essential oil contains 25-40 wt% of cineole, 10-30 wt% of cymene, 1-10 wt% of linalool, and 0.5-5 wt% of terpineol. The antibacterial composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, a suspension, a spray, a patch, a pad, a cream, an ointment, and a gel.
