Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency using useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium is provided to stably transfer the gene into Chrysanthemum. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency in Chrysanthemum comprises: a step of inoculating useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium with 0.7-1.0 of OD 600 value into a scratched leaf fragment of Chrysanthemum; a step of culturing the leaf fragment in a co-culture medium containing 20 mg/L of acetosyringone for 4 days; and a step of selecting the leaf fragments in a redifferentaition selective medium. The useful gene is a combination of CuZnSOD(copper zinc superoxide dismutase) gene and APX(ascorbate peroxidase) or NDPK2(nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2) gene.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用有用的基因导入农杆菌提高转化效率的方法，以稳定将基因转移到菊花中。 构成：提高菊花转化效率的方法包括：将有用的导入基因的农杆菌以0.7-1.0的OD 600值接种到菊花的刮伤叶片中; 在含有20mg / L乙酰丁香酮的共培养基中培养叶片4天的步骤; 以及在再分选选择培养基中选择叶片的步骤。 有用的基因是CuZnSOD（铜锌超氧化物歧化酶）基因和APX（抗坏血酸过氧化物酶）或NDPK2（核苷二磷酸激酶2）基因的组合。
