PURPOSE: A medium for culturing microorganisms containing citrus rind extract or Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits is provided to ensure antibacterial effect against plant pathogen. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing microorganism contains citrus rind extract, Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits as an active ingredient. The microorganism includes Bacillus species including Bacillus subtilis or Bacillus amyloliquiefaceiens. A method for manufacturing natural antagonistic materials against plant pathogen comprises: a step of preparing the medium containing the citrus rind extract, Opuntia humifusa stems or fruits; a step of culturing the microorganism in the medium; a step of centrifuging the culture liquid to obtain supernatant; and a step of filtering supernatant to completely remove microorganism.

본 발명은 천년초 줄기분말을 이용한 융해치즈의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 융해치즈를 이용한 식품에 관한 것으로, 천년초 줄기를 건조하여 분쇄한 후, 분말로 제조하는 천년초 줄기분말 제조단계, 상기 천년초 준비단계의 천년초 줄기분말과 물을 혼합하는 천년초 용액 제조단계, 및 상기 천년초 용액 제조단계에서 혼합된 천년초 용액에 치즈를 첨가하여 85℃의 항온수조에서 균질기로 균질화하여 슬러리를 제조하는 슬러리 제조단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것이다.

PURPOSE: Lacquer with reduced urushiol, its extract, and producing methods thereof are provided to process the lacquer using electron ionization energy for reducing the urushiol. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an extract of lacquer with reduced urushiol comprises the following steps: treating the lacquer with water and electron ionization energy; boiling a mixture of the lacquer and a solvent; and filtering insoluble substances to obtain the extract. The electron ionization energy treating process is performed by irradiating the lacquer with gamma rays or electron rays. The lacquer and the solvent are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:5-15. The solvent is selected from water or C1-5 alcohol.

PURPOSE: A method for making wild peach makkoli is provided to stabilize flavor and taste and to improve product value. CONSTITUTION: A method for making makkoli containing wild peaches comprises: a step of putting rice ipguk(Japanese koji), water, and dry yeast and mixing in a glass bottle; a step of fermenting the mixture in an incubator for 2 days; a step of mixing jiebab(rice for brewage), water, and purified yeast and then adding crushed wild peach one day after; a step of stirring the final mixture in the glass bottle and fermenting for 5 days. The dry yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an extract of lacquer with treated with an urushiol reduction process comprises the following steps: treating the using a peracetic acid solution; boiling the mixture of peracetic acid solution-treated lacquer and a solvent, and filtering insoluble substances from the mixture to obtain the extract. The peracetic acid solution contains hydrogen peroxide, acetyl hydroperoxide, acetic acid, and indispensable additive. The solvent is water or C1-5 alcohol.
