PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to have higher water resistance, high temperature water resistance, and high temperature durability in comparison with an adhesive composition comprising water dispersible isocyanate group cross-linker. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive comprises: a compound having isocyanate functional group, and aromatic sulfonic acid ion. The compound is formed by a compound having hydroxamic acid functional group, and a reaction initiator having aromatic group sulfonyl radical. The aromatic sulfonic acid ion is originated from a reaction initiator having non-reacted aromatic sulfonyl radical, or aromatic sulfonic acid formed by a reaction of the reaction initiator with the compound having hydroxamic acid functional group. A polarizing plate comprises: a polarized light device; and a protection film attached on a side or both sides of the polarizing device through the adhesive above.

PURPOSE: An acrylic adhesive composition is provided to improve light leakage phenomenon, and to have excellent thermal resistance, and to have high release strength, thereby capable of restraining excitation phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic adhesive composition comprises an acrylic copolymer comprising a monomer having a pyrrolidonyl group, and a hardener. The comprised amount of the monomer having pyrrolidonyl group is 11-40 parts by weight in 100.0 parts by weight of the acrylic copolymer. The acrylic copolymer is polymerized of 60-83 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having an alkyl group, 1-10 parts by weight of (meth)acrylic ester having a hydroxy group, and 11-40 parts by weight of a monomer having a pyrrolidonyl group. The acrylic copolymer additionally comprises a silane group. The weight average molecular weight of the acrylic copolymer is 800,000-1,500,000 g/mol.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to be able to impart low light leaking performance by forming a dense cross-linked structure, to be able to reduce aging time of an adhesive, to able to minimize adhesion change after curing, and to have excellent durability even under high temperature and high humidity. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises an acrylic resin, an isocyanate based crosslinking agent, and a carbodiimide based crosslinking agent. The difference of peeling force of 180° by JIS 2107 standard between a day and four days after aging is 100 g/25mm or less, and heat-proof peeling force is 2000g/25mm or less. The acrylic resin comprises a first (meth)acrylate copolymer comprising 0.01 weight% or less of a hydroxy group-containing monomer, and a second (meth)acrylate copolymer comprising 0.01-5 weight% of a hydroxy-containing monomer.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and an optical element using the same are provided to prevent a light leakage phenomenon in small and medium sizes and improve splitting resistance and re-working property. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises fluorine-containing polyol and release strength between an adhesive sheet and a glass sheet at 180 degrees according to JIS 2107 reference is 200-350gf/25mm at 300mm/min tension speed. 0.1-10 parts by weight of the fluorine-containing polyol is contained based on 100.0 parts by weight of (meth) acrylate adhesive resin. The fluorine-containing polyol has a refractive index of 1.2-1.3 and an average molecular weight of 50-1,000 g/mol. The fluorine-containing polyol is fluorine-containing alkyl diol acrylate.

PURPOSE: An optical adhesive is provided to reduce light leakage, to improve uniformity of light transmittance, and to inhibit corrosion of an ITO film when attached to the ITO film. CONSTITUTION: An optical adhesive comprises a (meth)acrylic copolymer, and has a reflectivity of 1.48-1.50 at a film thickness of 10-50 micron. When an initial surface resistance to a specimen on which an ITO film is laminated, is Rs1, and a surface resistance measured after leaving the specimen at 70 °C and 95% relative humidity for 48 hours, is Rs2, then the difference of the Rs2 and Rs1(Rs2-Rs1) is 0.2 Ω or less. The optical member includes an ITO film; and an adhesive coated on the ITO film; and a polarizing plate laminated on the adhesive.

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to improve light-leakage phenomenon by increasing elasticity of an adhesive, and to have excellent durability under high temperatures and high humidity by not using an oligomer shape molecule. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition has a storage modulus of 8×10^5 - 1×10^8 dyne/cm^2, and has gel fraction of 83-95% In formula 1: gel fraction(%)=A/B × 100. In formula 1, A is residual weight after solving at room temperature(23°C) for 48 hours, and drying for 24 hours, and B is an initial mass. The adhesive composition comprises (meth)acrylate copolymer and a crosslinking agent. The (meth)acrylate copolymer comprises a (meth)acrylate resin of which glass transition temperature is 200-250 K, and a (meth)acrylate resin of which glass transition temperature is 250-300K.

PURPOSE: An adhesive and an optical member using thereof are provided to reduce in-plane temperature deviation by controlling heat transfer phenomenon from edge type backlight to display panel. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive comprises 100.0 parts by weight of (meta)acrylate based resin and 0.01-10 parts by weight of cross-linking agent. The thermal conductivity is 0.3 W/Mk or less. The cross-linking agent is more than one which is selected from the following: isocyanate based, epoxy based, aziridine based. The adhesive additionally includes silane coupling agent to the amount of 0.01-2 parts by weight. The (meta)acrylate based resin includes 0.005-0.5 mole% of hydroxy group and 0.5-5 mole% of carboxy group.
