본 발명은 매트릭스에 함침된 보강재를 포함하는 제1시트 및 상기 제1시트의 적어도 일면에 형성된 제2시트를 포함하고, 상기 제2시트는 표면 에너지가 55dyne/cm 이상, 모듈러스가 20MPa 이상, 상기 제1시트에 대한 크로스 컷이 90% 이상인 복합시트, 그의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 복합시트에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite sheet which includes a matrix and a reinforcing material soaked in the matrix wherein the surficial energy at 25 °C of at least one among the upper surface and the lower surface of the matrix is 24 dyne/cm or more, and the surface roughness (Ra) of the matrix is 410 nm or less, to a method for manufacturing the composite sheet, to a substrate for a display device comprising the same, and to a displaying apparatus comprising the same.
Abstract:
A gas barrier film of the present invention comprises: a dry barrier layer; and a wet barrier layer formed on top of the dry barrier layer. The wet barrier layer includes hydrogenated polysiloxazane. The gas barrier film increases the film density by a self healing effect in which the wet barrier layer is penetrated between pin holes and cracks and induces covalent bond and has enhanced oxygen and vapor blocking functions. In addition, the gas barrier film prevents cracks and deformation and provides improved heat stability, fairness, gas permeability, surface hardness, and affinity with the dry barrier layer which is a gas impermeable film.
