본 발명은 복합시트 및 이를 포함하는 표시소자용 기판에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 매트릭스에 대해 특정 범위의 탄성모듈러스 비를 갖는 코팅층이 도입된 복합시트 및 이를 포함하는 표시소자용 기판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 코팅층의 부가로 복합시트 각 층간의 탄성모듈러스 차이를 완충함으로써 내굴곡성, 유연성 및 내구성을 높임과 동시에 투습성과 평탄도를 낮출 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A transparent gas barrier film with inorganic composition slope gradient is provided to simply and cheaply obtain inorganic composition slope gradient only by treating with UV ray. CONSTITUTION: A transparent gas barrier film comprises a substrate containing silicon, with an organic-inorganic hybrid section with inorganic composition slope gradient. The surface of the substrate contains 70% or more inorganic. A method for preparing the film comprises: a step of preparing the substrate containing silicon; and a step of treating the surface with UV ray and ozone to form the inorganic composition slope gradient.

An optical film of the present invention comprises a matrix resin and a reinforcing material impregnated in the matrix resin, wherein the reinforcing material includes a first direction glass cloth on which a plurality of glass yarns is disposed unidirectional on the same plane. The optical film can improve surface illumination because warp thread and weft does not intersect and can increase the efficiency of the process and improve productivity because the optical film does not undergo the process of removing an air gap of an orthogonal portion which is formed during the weaving.

A flexible substrate for a display element of the present invention comprises: a matrix; a reinforcing member impregnated in the matrix; and a buffer layer formed on at least one side of the matrix, wherein during a mandrel bend test, a diameter of a bar having a crack is 7mm or less. The flexible substrate for the display element according to embodiments of the present invention improves a surface roughness, has outstanding moisture permeability, low thermal expansion coefficient, flexibility, and durability; and no cracks are generated.

PURPOSE: A flexible circuit board is provided to offer excellent transparency, flexibility, lightweight properties, and heat-resisting properties. CONSTITUTION: A flexible circuit board (10) comprises a matrix (1) and a reinforcing material (2) impregnated in the matrix. The matrix includes the copolymer of polyorganosiloxane resins and polysilsesquioxane. Weight change ratios, which are displayed as a first formula in a thermogravimetric analysis, of the flexible circuit board is under one percentage in 300°C. The polysilsesquioxane and the polyorganosiloxane are polymerized according to the weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20.
