Abstract: PURPOSE: A 10-30% ethanol solution extract of Myristica fragrans or a 2,5-bis-aryl-3,4-dimethyl tetrahydrofuran lignan-based compound isolated from the same which activates sirtuin is provided to be used in a pharmaceutical product, a cosmetic product, and a food for preventing or treating diseases related to life span. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating aging contains 10-30% ethanol solution extract of Myristica fragrans containing 0.5 wt% or less of myristicene and one or more compounds selected among nectandrin A, fragransin C1, verrucosin, sucernetindiol, tetrahydrofuroguaiacin, and nectandrin B of chemical formula 1. The pharmaceutical composition enhances activation of sirtuin.

Abstract: 본 발명은 생약 추출물을 함유한 제제로서 구강 내에서 신속히 붕해되도록 고안된 구강 내 속붕해성 제제이다. 구강 내 속붕해성 제제는 구강 내에서 신속하게 용해되거나 붕해가 되기 때문에 환자가 쉽게 복용할 수 있다. 특히 연하력이 약한 환자, 예를 들면 소아 또는 고령 환자나 정신질환을 겪는 환자들에게 유용하게 적용할 수 있는 제제이다. 또한 일반적인 경구제제와는 달리 구강 내 속붕해성 제제는 제제를 복용할 때 물이 필요 없다. 이런 점은 여행 중이거나 즉시 물을 얻을 수 없는 환자들에게는 특히 유용하다. 따라서 구강 내 속붕해성 제제를 생약 추출물 또는 한방제제에 적용한다면 환자의 순응도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
