Abstract: 본발명에의한증기재순환용다단압축장치는, 셋이상의압축기를포함하도록구성되어, 플랜트에서배출되는폐수증기를고온고압으로다단압축시킨후 상기플랜트로회송시키는압축부; 제1 압축기와제2 압축기사이에서배출되는저압응축수를담는저압응축수탱크; 및제2 압축기와제3 압축기사이에서배출되는고압응축수를담는고압응축수탱크;를포함한다. 본발명에의한증기재순환용다단압축장치를이용하면, 플랜트에서배출되는폐수증기를고온고압으로다단압축시켜재사용할수 있고, 폐수증기를압축하는과정에서발생되는응축수를고온증기와저온수로분리한후 고온증기를플랜트로회송시켜재사용할수 있으므로, 플랜트의에너지소비효율을높일수 있고환경오염을저감시킬수 있다는장점이있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro-bubble generation apparatus using the vortex is provided to improve the production efficiency of micro-bubbles by using first and second vortex generation processes in a vortex tube structure. CONSTITUTION: A micro-bubble generation apparatus using the vortex includes a water supplying line(11), an air supplying line(12), a micro-bubble generating unit(20), a first transfer pipe(31), and a second transfer pipe(32). The micro-bubble generating unit is formed with a vortex tube structure mixing water and air to produce the vortex. The first transfer pipe is connected to one side of the micro-bubble generating unit. The second transfer pipe is connected to the other side of the micro-bubble generating unit. A throttle valve(35) is horizontally and movably installed on the end of the first transfer pipe for adjusting the strength of the vortex. The micro-bubble generating unit includes a case, a vortex generator, and a sleeve.
