Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to reduce process time and cost by omitting a planarization process and an insulation progress. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode is formed in one surface of a substrate. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the lower electrode. An upper electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. An upper electrode pad is formed on the upper electrode. The upper electrode pad covers a part of the light emitting area of the organic light emitting layer.
