Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for incinerating waste by a grate is provided to blow gas or steam into a waste contained in the grate and to burn up the waste of solid, gel or liquid state. CONSTITUTION: A grate incinerating a waste comprises an air tank(500) having a bath tub shape; a support member(501) mounted on the tank; an upper cover(502) composing the tank; an insert unit(503) formed by bending a plate on an edge of the support member; a splint(504) inserting the upper cover into the insert unit; plural discharging passages arranged on a surface of the upper cover with a nozzle shape; and a coating layer covering the outside of the upper cover by containing siliciumcarbide to protect the upper cover from incinerator heat. The discharging passage is expanded through a cut portion on a lower portion of the upper cover. Moreover, the discharging passage forms a triangle shape. Thereby, the grate incinerating the waste blows gas or steam into a waste contained in the grate to combust waste of solid, gel or liquid state.

본 발명은 속빈 구 형태의 금속산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지용 광전극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 염료감응 태양전지용 광전극(photo electrode)에 있어서, 전도성 기판에 금속산화물 나노입자 층을 포함하고, 그 위에 속빈 구 형태의 금속산화물 나노입자를 광 산란층으로 사용하고 표면에 감광성 염료가 흡착된 다공질 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지용 광전극 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 염료감응 태양전지용 광전극은 속빈 구 형태의 구조를 가진 광산란층을 사용하여 기존의 광산란 효과만 가지는 광산란 입자와는 다르게, 광산란 효과와 더불어 광전류를 발생시킬 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있는 장점이 있으므로, 상기 속빈구를 광산란층으로 사용하여 제작한 염료감응형 태양전지의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 태양전지, 염료감응, 광전극

PURPOSE: Carbapenem derivatives and a preparation process thereof are provided, thereby preparing carbapenem derivatives having improved antimicrobial activity and renal dehydropeptidase I(DHP-I) stability. CONSTITUTION: Carbapenem derivatives represented by formula(I) are provided, wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, hydroxy substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C5 lower alkyl, or allyl, and form C3 to C6 heterocycle containing nitrogen and optionally hetero atoms of S or O together; and X is carbonyl or sulfonyl. A process for preparing the carbapenem derivatives of formula(I) comprises the steps of: reacting carbapenem scaffold of formula(II) with diphenylchloro phosphate or anhydrous trifluoromethane sulfonic acid in the presence of base and a solvent to prepare a carbapenem intermediate of formula(VII); reacting the carbapenem intermediate of formula(VII) with thiol derivative of formula(III) in the presence of base and a solvent to prepare a protected carbapenem derivative of formula(VIII); and hydrogenating the protected carbapenem derivative of formula(VIII) in the presence of a catalyst to remove a protecting group, wherein R3 is para-nitrobenzyl or allyl; R4 is para-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl or allyoxycarbonyl; X is carbonyl or sulfonyl; and Y is -OPO(OPh)2 or -OSO2CF3.

PURPOSE: A shaft vibration grate of a stage type for an incinerator is provided to install a high speed turning nozzle on a ceramic ware plate and to improve incinerating performance by enduring high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A shaft vibration grate of a stage type in an incinerator comprises plural grates(20,20a,20b); a combustion grate(20c); a discharge port(22) receiving medical waste by lifting device; a pushing bar(24) pushing the medical waste; a combustion cover(26) opened to push the medical waste into the grate; a first wind(28) injected on a lower portion of the grate; a divider(30) receiving the waste; a heating combustor(34); a nozzle receiving air discharged from the grate; a bar opening or closing a nozzle entrance; and fine nozzle strings. Thereby, the shaft vibration grate of the stage type in the incinerator installs a high speed turning nozzle on a ceramic ware plate. Moreover, the shaft vibration grate in the incinerator improves incinerating performance by enduring high temperature.
