PURPOSE: A biomaterial for MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) diagnosis and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to relieve distortion of an image when a body is operated, diagnosed, or analyzed using an MRI. CONSTITUTION: A biomaterial for MRI diagnosis comprises at least one diamagnetic substance selected from a group consisting of a carbonaceous material and bismuth; and at least one paramagnetic substance selected from a group consisting of nitinol, niobium, titanium, and zirconium. The diamagnetic substance comprises a carbonaceous material. The carbonaceous material is graphite. The paramagnetic material comprises titanium. The amount of titanium is 70-90 vol%. PURPOSE: To provide a Cu-based amorphous matrix composite containing high melting point elements to substantially improve elongation as minimizing strength deterioration of bulk amorphous materials by adding high melting point elements, i.e., Ta and/or W to control sudden fracture behaviors of the amorphous materials, and a manufacturing method of the Cu-based amorphous matrix composite. PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a Si-Al alloy packaging material is provided to simplify production process, reduce production cost, and control Si content easily by mixing Si and Si-Al powder when producing the Si-Al alloy. CONSTITUTION: Si powder(13) and Al-Si compound power(14) are mixed to produce a compound powder with predetermined Si content, which should be controlled to range from 40 to 90 weight percentage. When Si and Si-Al powder are mixed, total Si content is calculated by adding the weight percentage of pure Si to that of Si in Si-Al compound powder. The mixed compound powder is press-formed while current is applied to it. Plasma arc occurs and packing material with Si content is produced.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a strip by strip casting and continuous shear deformation is provided to manufacture a high quality strip having high strength, high formability or specific orientation by directly manufacturing a strip from molten metal, and shear deforming the strip cast. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a strip by strip casting and continuous shear deformation comprises a strip casting device(10) directly manufacturing the strip from molten metal; and a continuous strip shear deformation device(40) manufacturing a strip by continuously shear deforming the strip manufactured in the strip casting device, wherein the apparatus further comprises an intermediate treatment device(30) before the step of transferring the strip to the continuous strip shear deformation device(40), the continuous strip shear deformation device(40) is consisted of upper and lower dies having bending angles for shear deforming the strip(100), and a strip transfer device transferring the strip to the dies, wherein the strip(100) is transferred to the dies after moving to a certain distance along the surface of the strip transfer device so as to increase friction force between the strip and the strip transfer device, and the continuous strip shear deformation device(40) is consisted of a rotating strip transfer device, and dies simultaneously separating a strip(100) transferred by the rotating strip transfer device from the transfer device, and generating shear deforming.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing a mixing-agitation type reactive solid metal is provided to continuously produce a reactive solid metal having a high solid phase ratio in a stale state by performing an electronic and mechanic agitation. CONSTITUTION: Molten steel in an agitation chamber is moved up and down by an electronic agitator(100) and a hydraulic cylinder and is rotated by a servo motor(220). Further, the molten steel is agitated by a mechanic agitator(200) forming a spiral agitating projection on an outer surface. The mechanic agitator circulates a cooling medium by forming a cooling medium circulation passage inside, the cooling medium supports the mechanic agitator and supplies it to the cooling medium circulation passage through a sealing body(250). Thereby, a reactive solid metal having a high solid phase ratio of which a spherical non-resin solid phase particle is dispersed in a liquid phase metal.

본 발명은 연속 전단변형장치에 관한 것으로서, 전단변형이 일어나는 금형로의 굴곡부에서 소재하부와의 틈이 발생하여 소재의 전단변형량이 불균일하고 불충분한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 소재가 회전식 안내공급장치로부터 금형로로 들어가는 위치에서 전단변형이 일어나도록, 상기 회전식 안내공급장치와 상기 금형로의 입구가 협력하여 굴곡부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 전단변형장치를 제공한다. 또한, 상기한 구성에 더하여 굴곡부를 제외한 금형로 부분에서의 마찰을 감소시켜 작은 힘으로 효과적으로 전단변형을 행하기 위한 추가적인 구성들이 제공된다. 이러한 구성으로 되는 본 발명은 전단변형된 소재를 연속적이고 효과적으로 대량생산하는데 사용될 수 있다.
