본 발명은 전기방사를 이용한 사다리형 폴리실세스퀴옥산 미세섬유 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사다리형 폴리실세스퀴옥산 미세섬유는 사다리형 폴리실세스퀴옥산 단독 전기방사에 의해 달성되므로 제조가 용이하고, 내열성 및 내화학성이 우수하여 다양한 분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polymer blend composition is provided to have excellent dielectric performance and to obtain a displacement value which is fit for the purpose through a simplified method for controlling blending ratio of a composition. CONSTITUTION: A polymer blend composition comprises 80-99.99 weight% of a dielectric elastomer and 0.01-20 weight% of a block copolymer. The block copolymer comprises a segment comprising the dielectric elastomer and compatibility and of which electroconductivity is 10^(-6) S/cm, and a segment comprising a conjugated double bond and of which electroconductivity is 10^(-6) S/cm. the dielectric elastomer is one or more selected from a polyvinylidene fluoride-based polymer, acrylic polymer, urethane-based polymer, silicon-based polymer and thermoplastic elastomer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polysilsesquioxane microfiber of a ladder type using electrospinning and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure excellent thermal resistance and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polysilsequioxane microfiber of a ladder type contains polysilsesquioxane of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is selected from the group consisting of organic functional groups. The polysilsesquioxane is denoted by chemical formula 2 or 3. The thickness of the microfiber is 1-10 um. A method for fabricating the microfiber comprises a step of electrospinning a solution containing polysilsesquioxane and a step of irradiating UV ray. A solvent used in the solution is tetrahydrofurane, dimethyl formamide, dimehtyl acetamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, hexane, cyclohexane, toluene, xylene, cresol, chloroform, dimethyl benzene, trimethyl benzene, pyridine, methyl naphthalene, nitromethane, acrnitrile, methylene chloride, aniline, dimethyl sulfoxide, or benzyl alcohol.

본 발명은 물을 용매로 포함하고 수계 결합제를 포함하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조, 이를 이용한 세라믹 테이프 제조방법 및 이들을 이용하여 제조된 세라믹 테이프에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 용매로서 물을 사용하고 결합제로서 아크릴 에멀젼과 HPMC를 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이들을 유리-알루미나 복합 분말, 분산제, 가소제 등과 혼합하는 수계 세라믹 슬러리 및 이를 혼합, 탈포, 성형 건조하는 것을 포함하는 세라믹 테이프 제조에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are an aqueous ceramic slurry containing an acryl emulsion as a binder and a method for producing a ceramic tape for LTCC(low temperature co-fired ceramic) by using the aqueous ceramic slurry. The ceramic tape dose not generate environmental pollution and is not harmful to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous ceramic slurry comprises 100pts.wt. of a metal oxide powder, 0.1-3.0pts.wt. of a dispersant, 15-50pts.wt. of water, 5-20pts.wt. of an aqueous binder, and 3-15pts.wt. of a plasticizer, wherein the aqueous binder is a mixture of the acryl emulsion and HPMC(hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). And the method for producing the ceramic tape contains the steps of: preparing the ceramic slurry; ball-milling the ceramic slurry and then stirring under a vacuum at a fixed speed to remove residual foams from the slurry and to reach a proper viscosity; forming the defoamed ceramic slurry into a sheet. The ceramic tape for LTCC produced by the method has a thickness of 20-200 micrometer.
