    Abstract: Disclosed are a controlled release gene delivery composition produced by solubilizing hydrophilic nucleic acid genes in an organic solvent and encapsulating the same in hydrophobic particles and a method for producing the same. The controlled release gene delivery composition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cationic and hydrophilic polymer grafted with hydrophobic molecules; and a gene composite which is produced by the bonding of genes on an organic solvent mixture. The cationic and hydrophilic polymer and gene composite are dispersed on the organic solvent so as to be easily encapsulated in nano particles.
