Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for setting up figures of shoes and operations of elements, managing work sequences, and performing a heel side lasting process by using a heel side lasting system having GUI(Graphic User Interface) is provided to enhance the reliability and reduce a labor cost by a computer for executing the GUI instead of an existing heel side raster controller using a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: A figure setup page is displayed on a display window to display figures of shoes as linear vector figures which are formed by a CAD(Computer Aided Design) tool(S101). A scaling process is performed to increase or reduce sizes of the displayed figures(S102-S107). A selected shifting point of the displayed figures of the display window is shifted(S108-S111). The displayed figures are stored in a database and the figure setup page is closed(S112).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A concentric multilink spherical joint is provided to operate without interference within operational range by connecting multiple links more than three links to a point. CONSTITUTION: A spherical joint connecting multiple links is composed of a central sphere(10); a spherical body(30) covering the central sphere without being separated from the central sphere, and having plural holes(31,32) in upper and lower parts; an upper coupling link(20) combined with an upper face of the central sphere with penetrating the upper hole; plural supporting disks(40) arranged between the central sphere and the spherical body without being separated from the holes in the lower part; and plural lower coupling links(32) combined with plural supporting disks with penetrating the lower holes. Holes are arranged in the lower part of the spherical body. Extension lines of three lower coupling links are combined with supporting disks, and concentrated to the center of the central sphere. The joint is manufactured and assembled conveniently with compact structure by reducing the components. The multipurpose spherical joint is modified optimally by forming grooves in the spherical body as the number of the joint.
