Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dry ionic polymer actuator, to which graphene buckypaper electrodes with low moisture permeability and hydrophobic properties are applied, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the problem of the reduced performance due to a long time operation of the ionic polymer actuator can be solved by using a graphene electrode which does not have cracks compared with a traditional platinum electrode and has high electrical conductivity and hydrophobic properties as an electrode of the ionic polymer actuator. Also, manufacturing costs and time of the ionic polymer actuator can be reduced by using the graphene electrode which uses low-cost graphite. PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly graphene sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process, to reduce manufacturing hours and costs, and to have an environmentally-friendly manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an environmentally-friendly graphene sheet comprises the following: a step of preparing a mixture of oxidation graphite and a foaming agent or a mixture of the oxidation graphite, the foaming agent, and a metal precursor, where a metal precursor includes palladium(Pd), platinum(Pt), nickel(Ni), cobalt(Co), iron(Fe) or a combination thereof, and the added amount of the precursor is 1-500 parts by weight to the oxidation graphite of 100 parts by weight; a step of irradiating micro waves onto the mixture, where the micro waves are irradiated for 1-600 seconds at an intensity of 100-2000W; and a step of treating the mixture with ultrasound waves.
