Abstract: PURPOSE: A lifting device of a current collector for an electric vehicle is provided to prevent damages due to collision with an object on a road by lifting a current collector by shrinking a first link member and a second link member. CONSTITUTION: The upper side of a first link member is rotatably combined with a fixed bracket(10). The lower side of the first link member is connected to the upper side of a movable bracket(20). A second link member(40) is hinged with the first link member. An actuator(50) interlocks the first and second link members. A hydraulic unit(70) supplies hydraulic pressure to the actuator according to a signal applied from a controller of an electric vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for supplying power to an electric vehicle of a noncontact electromagnetic inductive charging method are provided to stably drive the electric vehicle by converting an instable DC voltage into a constant voltage and supplying the constant voltage to a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A pickup module(20) collects AC power from a feeding line(10) buried in a road with a magnetic type. A regulator(30) changes the AC voltage collected by the pickup module into a DC voltage. A super capacitor(40) is charged with the DC voltage transmitted from the regulator. A DC-DC converter(50) converts the voltage from the super capacitor into a driving voltage and supplies the driving voltage to a driving motor(60). The driving motor drives an electric vehicle by using the driving voltage from the DC-DC converter.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A connecting structure between a drive motor and a transmission of a non-contact electromagnetic inductive charging type electric vehicle is provided to improve output efficiency by absorbing a shock generated between a drive motor and a transmission. CONSTITUTION: A coupling unit(300) absorbs a shock generated between a motor shaft of a drive motor and a transmission shaft when the power is transmitted. A coupling unit(300) includes a motor shaft connection part(310), a connection link(320), and a coupling ring(330). The motor shaft connection part is connected to the motor shaft of the drive motor. The connection link is coupled with the motor shaft connection part so as to transmit the torque of the motor shaft connection part to the transmission shaft without the shock. Abstract: 비접촉 자기 유도 충전 방식의 전기자동차 전력 공급 시스템 및 방법은 전기자동차를 구동하기 위한 구동모터에 전력을 공급하기 위한 것이다. 본 시스템 및 방법에 따르면, 도로에 매립된 급전선로로부터 집전 모듈이 집전한 AC 전압을 DC 전압으로 변환하는 레귤레이터, 레귤레이터로부터 전달받은 DC 전압으로 충전되며, 구동모터에서 구동전압보다 더 큰 전압이 필요한 경우에 구동모터로 내부에 충전된 전압을 공급하는 슈퍼 커패시터, 및 슈퍼 커패시터로부터 전달받은 충전된 전압을 구동전압으로 변환하여 구동모터로 공급하는 DC-DC 컨버터가 구비된다. 따라서 구동모터와 배터리에 불안정한 DC 전압을 공급하는 대신에 일정한 크기를 갖는 정전압을 공급함으로써, 전기자동차를 안정성 있게 구동할 수 있으며, 배터리의 수명을 연장시키고 충전 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for maintaining a space between a road and a collecting device of an electric vehicle of a noncontact electromagnetic inductive charging method is provided to prevent the collecting device from becoming damaged by using a leaf spring as a bracket for fixing the collecting device. CONSTITUTION: A leaf spring(2) is mounted on a collecting device(3). The leaf spring is installed in the lower side of a rear axle(1) of an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A heating system using waste heat of a contactless self induction charging type electric car current collector comprises a heating duct(300) and a blower(200). The heating duct is connected to one side of a housing of a current collector(100) and sends heat from the inside the current collector to the inside a vehicle. The blower is installed in the heating duct and sends heat from the coil of the current collector to the inside the vehicle.
