    Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for preparing polymer membrane and electrode assembly is provided to form efficient three-phases interface and to increase the binding intensity by binding the electrode catalyst layer to both ends of the solid electrolyte comprising proton-exchange membrane. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing polymer membrane and electrode assembly of fuel battery having the electrode catalyst layer to both ends of per-fluorosulfonate polymer membrane comprises the first step of hot pressing per-fluorosulfonyl fluoride copolymer powders at 200-250 deg.C to form the prefoam precursor sheet; the second step of coating and drying the catalyst ink composed of Pt/C:glycerol:water of 1:3:5-1:10:5 on both sides of the sheet; the third step of hot pressing the coated precursor sheet at 200-250 deg.C to form the combined material of the sheet and the catalyst layer; the fourth step of hydrating the combined material to transfer it into the ionized state thereof.
