Abstract: 본 발명은 SIP 기반의 개인 이동성 제공 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 센싱 장비에 의해 획득된 사용자 위치 정보를 이용한 SIP 기반의 개인 이동성 서비스 제공 장치 및 방법이다.
본 발명의 SIP 기반의 개인 이동성 서비스 제공 방법은 임의의 사용자가 특정 영역으로 진입하면, 센서관리모듈을 내장한 게이트웨이는 특정 영역 내에 존재하는 SIP 단말기의 사용자에이전트를 대신하여 특정 영역 내에 존재하는 다수 단말기의 SIP 등록을 대행한다. 그리고 SIP 등록 메시지를 SIP 프록시 서버로 전송하고, SIP 단말기로 SIP 등록이 완료되었음을 통보한다. 그러면, 사용자는 SIP 등록이 완료된 특정 영역 내의 다수 단말기 중 사용자가 자신의 선호도에 따라 기 설정된 단말기들 중 특정의 단말기와 동일한 종류의 단말기를 통해 호가 설정된다.
본 발명에 의하면, 센싱 장비와 서비스 망과의 연동에 의해 사용자의 이동에 대한 공간적인 정보를 이용하여 사용자의 의도적인 개입없이 해당 지역에 존재하는 임의의 단말을 통해 어디서든 착신이 가능한 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for supplying a mobile IP service by using a private IP address in a wireless communication network is provided to assign a public IP address and a port address only when other node and a communication session are activated, thereby supplying the MIP(Mobile IP) service to more mobile nodes than the number of the substantial public IP addresses. CONSTITUTION: An MIP client generates an MIP registration request message, and transmits the message to an FA(Foreign Agent)(32)(301). The FA(32) transmits the MIP registration request message to an HA(Home Agent)(27)(302). The HA(27) updates a dynamic DNS(Domain Name System)(303), and generates an MIP registration response message, then transmits the message to the FA(32). The FA(32) transmits the MIP registration response message to a mobile node(14)(306). A DNS server(26) receiving a DNS inquiry message(311) transmits an address request message to an AAA(Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) server(23), if the mobile node(14) does not have a public IP address(312). The AAA server(23) transmits a public address request message to the HA(27)(313). The HA(27) updates the dynamic DNS(314). The DNS server(26) returns to the other mode by including a public IP address(315).

If the message received from the FA is a mobile IP service completion transmission request message, the FA transmits the mobile IP completion request message to the GGSN.
