Abstract: According to the present invention, a sample is provided by generating an electromagnetic field by a double solenoid coil operation in accordance to a first signal and a second signal input. Afterwards, relevant signals are transmitted to the generated electromagnetic field, and are amplified by a double lock-in signal amplifier. The free radicals, generated in the sample according to the electromagnetic field based on the signals outputted from the double lock-in amplifier, are measured.
