PURPOSE: A non-viral gene delivery system containing cationic polymers is provided to ensure excellent anti-inflammation treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating inflammatory diseases contains a conjugate of polyethylene imine and dexamethasone. The composition contains anti-inflammatory gene DNA. The composition enhances gene delivery efficiency and anti-inflammation ability. The inflammatory disease is acute lung injury.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory vector for treating inflammatory disease contains anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid and anionic polymer. The anionic polymer is polyethyleneimine. The molecular weight of polyethyleneimine is 5kDa. The anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid is hydrocortisone, dexamethesone, betamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone, triamcinolone, beclomethasone, or cortisonacetate. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid delivery peptide complex. The present invention provides a nucleic acid delivery peptide complex which comprises: nucleic acid to be delivered; a nucleic acid delivery peptide including a HMGB1 A box peptide; and a peptide micelle which encloses the nucleic acid to be delivered and the nucleic acid delivery peptide in the shape of a micelle. The nucleic acid delivery complex has an advantage in that it can introduce the nucleic acid to be delivered into a cell with high efficiency with less cytotoxicity, thus making it safe. Therefore, the nucleic acid delivery complex can be used developing a gene delivery carrier and a gene therapeutic agent for gene therapy.

PURPOSE: An expression system of an ischemia therapeutic gene is provided to expression oxygen dependent degradation domain(ODD domain) sequence of ATF-4. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant expression vector contains a ischemia therapeutic gene and an oxygen dependent degradation domain(ODD domain) of ATF-4(activating transcription factor-4). The ischemia therapeutic gene is a vascularization factor. The ATF-4 ODDD sequence is derived from human and contains a base sequence of sequence number 1.
