Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차 차체의 하부 섀시 서스펜션부의 도장면에 있어서, 차량 주행 시 비석에 의한 도장면 손상 또는 염분, 오일 등에 의한 도장면 손상을 방지할 수 있는 차체 하부 섀시의 도장면 보호용 테이프로서, 부착 가능한 형태로 제작되어 별도의 공정을 거치지 않고 용이하게 차체 하부 섀시의 도장면에 부착할 수 있도록 구성된 차체 하부 섀시의 도장면 보호용 테이프에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 경도가 85 ~ 90 이고, 연화점이 90 ~ 100℃이며, 인장강도가 400kgf/㎠ 이상인 폴리에테르 폴리우레탄 필름이 형성하는 구속층과; 2-에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트 모노머(2-Ethyl Hexyl Acrylate Monomer)에 의한 코폴리머 38.5 ~ 50 중량%, 부틸 아크릴레이트(Butyl Acrylate) 23.5 ~ 35 중량%, 아크릴산(AcrylicAcid) 0.5 ~ 1.5 중량% 및 초산 에틸(Ethyl Acetate) 15 ~ 25 중량% 가 혼합되어 이루어지는 아크릴 점착층을; 포함하며, 상기 구속층에 상기 아크릴 점착층이 적층되어 이루어지는 차체 하부 섀시의 도장면 보호용 테이프를 제공함으로서, 공정의 단순화 및 생산 비용 절감을 도모하고자 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tube-type sealing material sealing material and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a sealing material which is not effervescent, has suitably low ductility and malleability and can maintain solidity even when charged between the components of structure. The reinforcement is fixed in the panel of the frame, and foamed, hardened and mounted by drying during electrodeposition.
