Abstract: PURPOSE: A non rail moving cart device is provided to move a cart along a driving path exactly without an existing driving rail in whole procedure. CONSTITUTION: A non rail moving cart device comprises a cart(10), a base frame(20), home position blocks(21), and a cart wheel(12). The cart transfers the working object along determined route according process in a base frame. The home position blocks are installed in a row in both sides along the driving route of the cart on the top of the base frame with determined interval. The home position blocks hold the height position and side position of the cart in the home position. The cart wheel is composed of a driving wheel(13) and a home position wheel(14). The driving wheel is installed in the wheel shaft of a cart and moved on the upper surface of the base frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A storage device for a panel transfer is provided to minimize a whole weight of the device by reducing the number of parts of the device. CONSTITUTION: A storage device(100) for a panel transfer includes a carrier palette unit(110), a carriage unit(200), and a top and bottom moving unit(250). The carrier palette unit includes a top roller unit and a bottom roller unit in order to move each skid carrier in which a panel is loaded. The carriage unit is installed in a workplace in order to move each skid carrier to a corresponding process through the carrier palette unit. A top rail unit and a bottom rail unit correspond to the top roller unit and the bottom roller unit. The top and bottom moving unit is installed in one end of the carriage unit in order to correspond to one side of the top rail unit and the bottom rail unit. Each skid carrier is moved from a top part to a bottom part.
