PURPOSE: A hanger device for a vehicle and a changer are provided to be applied to various vehicle bodies through changing the structure of variable locating units according to the size and the shape of various vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A hanger device for a vehicle comprises a hanger frame(101), a plurality of fixing locators(110), and a plurality of variable locating units(120). The plurality of fixing locators is installed for supporting fixing the vehicle body settled on the hanger frame and the lower portion of a panel. The plurality of variable locating units is installed in the hanger frame and changed according to various vehicle bodies or the panel.

PURPOSE: A floor production system for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacture cost and reduce installation cost by forming a loop through a return line of the upper part and a weld line of the lower part and moving a trailer. CONSTITUTION: A floor production system for a vehicle comprises a return line, a weld line, and a trailer lowering unit, a horizontal movable driving unit, a welding robot, and a trailer exchange robot. The return line and the weld line are installed on the upper part and the lower part of the frame, so a trailer is moved. The trailer lowering unit loads the panel to the trailer(12) delivered from the return line and moves the panel to the welding line. The horizontal movable driving moves the trailer on the return line, the weld line and the trailer lowering unit in the horizontal direction with frictional force. The welding robot(16) welds the panel in the constant section of the weld line.

A sliding device for a moving cart is provided to drive front and rear sliding bases through one cylinder and to simplify the composition of the device by installing an interlocking stopper unit between front and rear sliding bases. A sliding device for a moving cart comprises a sub base(1), front and rear sliding bases(7,9), an operating cylinder(11), an interlocking stopper unit(10), and a stopper unit. The front and rear sliding bases are installed to front and rear parts of guide rails(3) through rail blocks(5). The interlocking stopper unit is constituted to interlock the rear sliding base with the sliding of the front sliding base. The stopper unit limits the sliding motion of the front and rear sliding bases. The interlocking stopper unit has a front stopper and a rear stopper(25).

CONSTITUTION: A plate(14) has a specific length of a supplying portion. A side member(15) is installed through the both sides of the plate. A discharging member of an RF tag(13) is formed in front of the side member. An extending portion(16) is extended toward the center of a rack(12) in front of the side member. Thereby, the waste of human power is removed, the working time is reduced and the reliability of an operation is increased.

CONSTITUTION: A supplying unit of an RF identification tag is installed in the one side of a conveyor line. A withdrawing unit withdraws one RF identification tag(100) from the supplying unit. A combining unit inserts the RF tag to a combining hole of a component by receiving from the withdrawing unit. Thereby, the waste of human power is removed, the working time is reduced and the reliability of an operation is increased.

The present invention relates to an electrical clamping apparatus for fixing the position of a vehicle component and, to a clamping apparatus for fixing the position of a component in a movable production line comprising: a drive motor; a warm shaft which rotates by the drive motor; a warm wheel which rotates while being engaged with the warm shaft; a rotating shaft which rotates while being engaged with the warm wheel; a pressure member for fixing the position of a component which is under production in a production line since the pressure member is moved by being combined to the end of the rotating shaft and interlocked with the rotating shaft; and a control part for rotating the drive motor until the pressure member reaches a fixing position where the pressure member fixes the position of the component in the production line from an opening location where a moving path of the component is opened by pressurizing the component. The position of a vehicle component such as a vehicle chassis, etc. which moves along a production line by using the drive motor is fixed at a position of processes such as welding, etc., wherein the drive motor occupies small space, and has a rapid response speed in comparison with a pneumatic clamping apparatus. Therefore, an electrical clamping apparatus for fixing a position is capable of preventing safety accident while efficiently, correctly, and rapidly implementing a production process of a vehicle.
