Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembly structure for a cowl panel of a vehicle is provided to cut off a course of engine noise by extending a dash panel to an upper end of the cowl panel and to improve an assembly rigidity by fixing superposed parts of a cowl side panel and an extension dash panel. CONSTITUTION: A dash panel(10) is extended and fixed to an upper end of a cowl panel(11). An extension dash panel(12) is fixed to a lower end of the cowl panel and a middle portion of the dash panel. A cowl side panel(13) is fixed to both ends of the extension dash panel as point welding. A gulley of the extension dash panel becomes deeper from a middle portion to both ends. Thereby, assembly rigidity is improved by welding superposed parts of the cowl side panel and the extension dash panel on the gullies formed to both ends of the extension dash panel.
