Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wiring grommets for reducing noise is provided to improve a noise interception effect by not forming a hole or opening for preventing a crack in a side of a grommet body because a diameter of a variable core is smaller than the diameter of a grommet channel. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wiring grommets(10) for reducing noise is as follows. A variable core(200) is deployed in a shape of an inner shape(13) by gas. A melted synthetic resin is inserted to the inflated variable core so that a grommet body is injection-molded. When a molding of the grommet body is completed through cooling and solidifying the inserted synthetic resin, the gas inserted into the variable core is eliminated so that the variable core is shrunken. When the variable core is completely shrunken, the grommet is separated from the variable core.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wiring grommet having a filling material for reducing noise is provided to improve a noise interception effect of a wiring hole portion of a dashboard because an acoustic resonance generated between a hole and internal space of a wiring grommet is eliminated by using a filling material filled inside. CONSTITUTION: A wiring grommet having a filling material(50) for reducing noise comprises a housing(10), a channel(20), a hole(30), taping members(40,40'), and a filling material. The hosing comprises an internal space of collaboration. The channel penetrates the front and rear parts of the housing and a wire(3) for wiring of a vehicle passes through the channel. The hole is formed in a side of the grommet housing. The taping members seal front and rear opening planes of the housing through which the wire passes. The internal space of the housing is filled with the filling material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable resonator structure of a vehicle silencer is provided to effectively reduce the exhausting sound according to rpm of an engine because the reducing goal frequency of resonator is consecutively changed according to the noise frequency component changed according to rpm of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A variable resonator structure of a vehicle silencer comprises a resonator(30), a resonator neck(31), and an area changer(40). The resonator is formed at both sides of an exhaust pipe(20) installed within a silencer body(10). The resonator neck is formed in the outer circumference of the exhaust pipe. The area changer is installed in the resonator neck and changes the area of the resonator neck according to the RPM of an engine and the exhaust pressure.

Abstract: A safety device of an auto sliding door is provided to allow a pressure circuit breaker to maintain an on-state or an off-state so that the power supply state or the power cut-off state of the sliding door is maintained to ensure the safety of a passenger. A safety device of an auto sliding door includes a door scuff mounted on a side seal of a vehicle. The safety device includes a pressure circuit breaker(30) and a sliding door(40). The pressure circuit breaker turns off the operation of a pressure circuit as the surface of the door scuff is pressed. The sliding door is stopped by cutting off power according to the off-operation of the pressure circuit breaker.
