Abstract: 본 발명은 실린더 내 마찰재가 부착된 자동차용 에어컨 컴프레서에 관한 것으로서, 왕복 이동하는 피스톤에 의해 실린더 보어의 내벽이 마모된 경우에 실린더의 재제조가 불가능하였던 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 종래에 피스톤이 왕복 이동하면서 접하였던 실린더 보어의 내벽에 마찰재를 교체 가능하게 추가 설치하여, 왕복 이동하는 피스톤이 상기 마찰재의 내벽에 접하도록 구성된 에어컨 컴프레서에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 에어컨 컴프레서에서는 장시간 사용 후에 상기 마찰재만 교체할 경우 실린더의 재제조가 가능해지며, 마찰재의 내벽이 마모된다면 다시 마찰재만 바꿔서 부착해주면 되므로 실린더를 따로 가공하거나 버리지 않고도 다시 쓸 수 있게 되고, 편리하고 간단하게 여러 번의 실린더 재제조가 가능해진다.

Abstract: An air conditioner compressor having a friction member inside a cylinder is provided to contact a reciprocating piston to a wall of the friction member by changeably installing the friction member at the wall of a cylinder bore. An air conditioner compressor having a friction member inside a cylinder(110) comprises a friction member(141) installed at a wall of a cylinder bore(121a) in which a piston is reciprocated. A spring member(142) is attached to the wall of the cylinder bore by the resilience between an outer periphery of the friction member and the wall of the cylinder bore. The friction member has an outer periphery attached to an inner periphery of the spring member. Consequently, the cylinder is capable of re-using by changing the friction member when the wall of the friction member wears away.
