Abstract:
PURPOSE: A roof spoiler device for a hybrid bus is provided to improve fuel efficiency of a vehicle and to reduce noises by reducing base pressure generated from the rear of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A roof spoiler device for a hybrid bus comprises a spoiler panel(11), an actuator, a controller, a vehicle speed sensor, and a temperature sensor(15). The spoiler panel is rotationally installed at a roof cover(5) connected to a battery room(6) in order to connect or separate the battery room to or from the outside of a vehicle. The actuator is fixed to the inside of the battery room for the operation of the spoiler panel and is connected to the spoiler panel in order to transmit power. The controller controls operation of the actuator, and the temperature sensor senses internal temperature of the battery room.

PURPOSE: A door handle and lock assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve a theft resistance by controlling the operative length of a cable using a stopping unit, which is formed on a door lock, and the operative length of a stopper which is formed on a door handle. CONSTITUTION: A door handle locking assembly of a vehicle comprises a door handle, a door lock, a cable(30), a rotary unit(40), and a latch(50). The door handle is installed on the exterior surface of a door of a vehicle. The stopper is formed on one side of the door handle. The cable is connected to one end of the door handle. The rotary unit is combined in the car body and is connected to the one side of the cable. The latch is selectively connected to the rotary unit according to the rotation of the rotary unit.

PURPOSE: A coating apparatus for stator of alternator is provided to reduce the dry time by using fine coating particles and spreading them of liquid type and to obtain the coating efficiency and production rate. CONSTITUTION: A stator coating apparatus of an alternator has the holder(12) for supporting a stator with the vertical direction, the sealing means which is installed in the top end portion and bottom part of a holder so that flow the insulation fluid into the inner surface of a stator, the blow nozzle(10) which sprays the insulation fluid on the stator set by a holder. A device for regenerating inner and outer races of a constant velocity joint is provided to form a uniform dense coating on the inner and outer races using a half-automated jig for distributing special alloy powder evenly. A device for regenerating inner and outer races of a constant velocity joint comprises a thermal spray device(200), a jig and driving unit(300), a support(100) and a control panel(114). The jig and driving unit holds an outer or inner race of the constant velocity joint to be rotatable. The support fixes the thermal spray device and the jig and driving unit while supporting them. The control panel controls the thermal spray device and the jig and driving unit. The present invention provides a deck tailgate apparatus for a commercial truck, which is able to minimize an air resistance by applying an auxiliary panel to the inside surface of a tailgate in a hinge structure and arranging the auxiliary panel by being linked with the tailgate while rotating the tailgate toward the inside of a deck. To achieve the forementioned purpose, the deck tailgate apparatus for a commercial truck according to the present invention includes: a tailgate which is combined with a deck at a lower end part by a hinge structure so that an upper end part is able to rotate toward the inside of the deck; and an auxiliary panel which has an upper end part combined with the upper end of the tailgate in a hinge structure, slides along the deck by being connected with the tailgate in the lower end part, and is formed in an unfoldable and foldable structure. The present invention is able to minimize an air resistance of the tailgate by unfolding the auxiliary panel in case of driving an empty car.
