Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening or closing a vehicle vent, which lifts the vent up and down to open or close a ventilation unit. The present invention includes first and second link units which are rotatably arranged on both sides of the ventilation unit; a hydraulic cylinder unit which has an end fixed to the vent and the other end connected to the first link unit; a piston rod unit which has an end connected to the second link unit and the other end coupled to the hydraulic cylinder unit to slide on the hydraulic cylinder unit; and an adjusting unit which fixes the piston rod unit to prevent the piston rod from sliding into the hydraulic cylinder unit or release the lock to let the piston rod unit slide into the hydraulic cylinder unit.
