    Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to easily operate the steering wheel without lowering or moving the body although a driver grips the upper side of the steering wheel while rotating the steering wheel to change the direction of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel of a vehicle comprises plural spokes(42,44) combined through a steering column(30) connected to a steering shaft; plural connection members(60) forming an oval rim; roller members(52a,52b,54a,54b) installed to the spokes; and a guide unit(70) guiding the rotation of the spokes to make the connected shape of the connection members maintained in an oval shape via the contraction and relaxation of the spokes when a driver rotates the connection members. The ends of the connection members are connected to the spokes by a hinge.
