Abstract: PURPOSE: A semi trailing arm type suspension system for car joins a stabilizer bar to a semi trailing arm directly, to simplify the structure and improve an assembling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A semi trailing arm(53) is mounted on and inclined for a car frame. An intersection point(O') between a rotary axis(C) of the semi trailing arm(53) and a rotary axis(C") of a stabilizer bar(1) is located on an extension line of a center line(P) of the semi trailing arm(53). The stabilizer bar(1) is rotatably mounted on the car frame. A fixing device, joint between the semi trailing art(53) and the stabilizer bar(1), is located on an extension line of the center line(P) of the semi trailing arm(53). The fixing device comprises a bush, a safe mounting part(4) and a fixing bracket(5). The bushes are fitted into both side ends of the stabilizer bar(1), respectively. The bush is safely mounted in the safe mounting part(4) formed on an upper surface of the semi trailing arm(53). The fixing bracket(5) fixed in the safe mounting part(4) applies a pressure on the bush.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A trailing arm assembly for a suspension device is provided to enhance rigidity and marketability, and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm assembly(1) for a suspension system comprises a body member(10), a reinforcement plate(20), and a bush pipe(30). A bush unit(11) is installed to the leading end of the body member, and a knuckle member(13) is formed into one body on backend of the body member. The reinforcement plate is installed to the knuckle member in the inside of body member. The bush pipe is installed to the lower part of the reinforcement plate member through the mounting bracket of a knuckle member(31).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rear suspension of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and the weight of a vehicle body by installing a differential mounted to a rear wheel in a simple structure and to improve the noise and vibration characteristic of the vehicle by preventing impact force generated at the differential from being transmitted to the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension of a vehicle is composed of a rear center member(9) comprising front and rear cross members(1,3) horizontally arranged to the vehicle in front and in the rear with parallel to each other and left and right connecting members(5,7) for connecting the front and rear cross members; two front mounting members(11) disposed to the front cross member and protruded downward; a rear mounting member(13) disposed to the rear cross member and protruded downward; and a differential(15) fixed by a vibration isolation mount at the two front mounting members and the rear mounting member. A transfer(17) for changing four wheels is installed to the front of the differential and both sides of the transfer are fixed to the two front mounting members by the vibration isolating mount.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A spring seat structure for noise reduction for a vehicle is provided to reduce a noise of a coil spring, by deforming a shape of a spring seat and preventing the contact between the end part of a coil spring and a spring seat. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part(13) wraps and supports a winded end part of a coil spring(20). An extended interval(11) is formed by extending the part interval of the supporting part, where the end winded part is positioned, to the outside. A flange(12) is equipped in order to vary the extended interval when the coil spring expands. Wherein the extended interval is the 1/4 length of a supporting face.
