또한, 본 발명에 따른 차량 번호판 램프의 체결구조에 의하면, 체결훅과 체결클립 외에 램프를 차체 패널에 움직이지 않게 완전 고정하는 별도의 록킹훅이 추가 구비되어 더블 록킹구조를 형성하도록 구성됨으로써, 임의적인 램프 탈거를 방지할 수 있고, 외부 충격에 의한 램프 탈거의 방지 및 장착력 증대, 수밀성능 증대 등의 장점이 있게 된다.

CONSTITUTION: A headlamp mounting structure forms a flange(2) positioned to the rear end of a headlamp(20), and a circular groove(7a). A nut(2a) is internally installed to the inside of the flange and a guide clip(2b) is protruded to the flange. The guide clip is inserted and fastened in the circular groove. A screw(10) mounted with a spring(12) is arranged through the circular groove. The headlamp is mounted by inserting the guide clip in the circular groove by a bracket(4) welded to the inside of a side outer panel and fastening the screw to the nut.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Impact absorbing structure of a headlamp for protecting a pedestrian is provided to protect a pedestrian and the headlamp by absorbing impact when the pedestrian is bumped against the headlamp.
