Abstract: PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to reduce the driving vibration and noise of a vehicle by improving the strength of a caliper housing and changing the dynamic characteristic of a whole braking system. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake for a vehicle is composed of a caliper housing, a carrier(6), and a connecting member(10). The caliper housing comprises a plurality of pressing parts(5). The pressing parts pressurize a pad plate. A carrier prevents the separation of the pad plate and guides the movement of the pad plate. The connecting member connects the carrier and the pressing parts each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A nanomultilayer coating layer forming method and a forming device are provided to improve corrosion resistance and conductivity by controlling a crystal growth direction through the control of bias voltage in a coating process and to use metal including excellent conductivity for a minute tissue and a multilayer on a CrN coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A Mo coating layer is formed on base metal by using a Mo target and Ar gas of a steering device(S100). A nitride film is formed by using the Ar gas and N-2 gas of an arc ionic plating device(S200). A nano complex coating layer of the Cr-Mo-N is formed on the base metal by simultaneously using a Mo target and the Ar gas of the steering device and the Ar gas, and N-2 gas, a Cr source of the arc ionic plating device(S300). The base metal revolves around a rotary shaft, and a multilayer on which the nano complex coating layer of Cr-Mo-N and the Mo coating layer are repeated is coated(S400). Abstract: A variable toe apparatus of a CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle) system is provided to improve steering stability because yawing is suppressed by generating returning moment. A variable toe apparatus of a CTBA system comprises a rubber bush(300) which is inserted between a spindle bracket and an extra bracket(100), a guide bolt(400) which binds the extra bracket, the rubber bush and the spindle bracket, a clamping nut(500) which clamps the guide bolt, and a supporting spring(600) which is inserted into the guide bolt. The rubber bush varies the deformation amount according to the deformation amount of the supporting spring. The guide bolt passes through the extra bracket, rubber bush and spindle bracket in order. The extra bracket elastically pressurizes the supporting spring.
