Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixing device for an assembly is provided to improve working efficiency by quickly combining plural assemblies such as a torque converter with a transmission case without additional tools through manual operation of a worker. CONSTITUTION: An assembly fixing device is composed of a fixing panel(24) connecting a first assembly to a second assembly; plural fixing pins(26,28) combined with both ends of the fixing panel and fitted to insertion parts formed in the first assembly and the second assembly; and a fixing link(30) combined with the upper part of the fixing panel with turning around plural hinges(32,34) and fitted to the insertion part of the assembly. Plural protruded parts are formed in the ends of the fixing pins. The fixing pins are fitted to the insertion parts of the first and second assemblies by pushing and fixed by the protruded parts. The fixing link is pulled with turning by the first and second hinges, and the fitting part is fitted to the insertion part of the assembly.

Abstract: An apparatus for reducing gear rattle noises of manual transmission is provided to prevent rattle noises by implementing magnetic between a first gear and a shaft. An apparatus for reducing gear rattle noises of manual transmission includes a sensor(1), a rotation force generator, and an ECU(Electrical Control Unit)(2). The sensor detects whether power is applied to a gear of a manual transmission. The rotation force generator, which is formed between a shaft(S) for idle and a gear, adjusts the inertia of the gear by generating forward and reverse rotation forces through the rotation of the gear. The ECU applies and blocks currents to the rotation force generator according to the signals generated from the sensor.
