    Abstract: 본 발명은 수동 변속기의 기어 래틀 소음 감소 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 상시 물림식 수동 변속기에서 동력을 전달하지 않는 아이들링 상태의 기어들도 항상 물려있기 때문에 기어의 관성 및 백래쉬에 의해 발생되는 기어 래틀소음을 감소시킬 수 있는 수동 변속기의 래틀 소음 감소 장치에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명의 목적은, 1단 기어에 동력이 전달되지 않은 상태에서 주축 또는 부축의 회전 관성에 의해 1단 기어에서 발생되는 래틀 소음을 방지하여 차량의 소음을 감소시킬 수 있는 수동 변속기의 래틀 소음 감소 장치를 제공함에 있다.
    상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 수동 변속기의 1단 기어(1G)에 동력이 인가되었는지의 여부를 감지하도록 설치된 센서(1)와, 상기한 1단기어(1G)가 공회전하도록 설치된 축(S)과 1단기어(1G)의 사이에 설치되어 1단기어(1G)의 회전에 의해 관성 회전과 역방향의 회전력을 발생시켜 1단기어(1G)의 관성을 감소시키거나 저지하도록 설치된 회전력발생수단과, 상기한 센서(1)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 회전력발생수단에 전류를 인가하거나 차단하는 ECU(2)로 구성함을 특징으로 한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A torsion damper of a manual transmission is provided to reduce rattling noise by forming flow resistance with circulating fluid from a damper case through an orifice at low speed, and to prevent lowering of rotational force of a drive shaft by separating a hub from the drive shaft with rotational inertia at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A torsion damper is composed of a damper case(10) fixed in the front of a clutch housing(4) inserting a bearing; an impeller(14) mounted in the damper case, and arranged around a drive shaft(2) by turning with the drive shaft; and an elastic member(16) arranged between the impeller and the drive shaft. The drive shaft is connected to the impeller by the elastic member for turning the drive shaft and the impeller at low speed, and the impeller is separated from the drive shaft by the elastic member at high speed. Viscous fluid is filled in the damper case, and the drive shaft is passed through the damper case. A hub(12) is turned with contacting to the drive shaft by the elastic member at low speed, and impact is absorbed with passing fluid through an orifice(20) of the impeller. Lowering of rotational force is prevented with separating the hub from the drive shaft at high speed.
