Abstract: An apparatus for controlling the vehicle driving speed, and its method are provided to improve the ride comfort of passengers by obtaining the safety of vehicles. Abstract: An apparatus and a method for controlling a vehicle headlamp are provided to enhance visibility of a front road of driver by controlling a headlamp in advance when the vehicle is entered to a curved road. An apparatus(200) for controlling a vehicle headlamp includes a front image sensor, a headlamp control part, and a headlamp driving part. The front image sensor(210) takes a picture of a front road of vehicles, obtains an image data, and extracts front road information from the image data by using a kalman filter. The headlamp control part(220) calculates a headlamp angle by using the front road information. The headlamp driving part drives a headlamp of vehicles according to the calculated angle of the headlamp.
