Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 시프트록 기능을 구비하는 차량의 자동변속기 레버 조립체는, 차량의 프레임에 고정되는 베이스 브라켓과, 로드와, 상기 로드의 하단에 결합되어 변속 모드 변환을 위한 로드 이동에 따라서 소정의 축을 중심으로 회전하고 시프트록 대응 위치에 잠금부가 형성되어 있는 회동 부재와, 영구 자석을 포함하며 시프트록 위치에서 상기 잠금부에 걸리도록 되어 있고 소정의 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 제공되는 시프트록 캠과, 상기 영구 자석을 바라보는 위치에 제공되는 전자석을 포함한다. 브레이크 작동 신호가 전달되면 상기 전자석에 전류가 흘러 상기 잠금부와의 걸림 상태를 해제하는 방향으로 시프트록 캠이 작동한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A four wheel drive converter of a vehicle is provided to improve the degree of freedom in a design by improving the vacuum sealing function and eliminating a free wheel hub. CONSTITUTION: A spindle gear(100) is installed inside a spindle(140) and interlocked with the rotation of the spindle. An actuator gear(110) is located in a knuckle(150) near the spindle gear and combined or separated from the spindle gear by transferred external force. A vacuum seal(120) transfers the external force to the actuator gear according to the change of vacuum pressure by forming in the contacted portion between the knuckle and the spindle. A vacuum connector(130) transfers the pressure change from a vacuum supplier to the vacuum seal by combining with the vacuum seal. Thereby, the operating reliability and the passenger's convenience are improved.

CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle having a brake pedal(1), an air hose(106), a brake shoe(4), a brake lining(5), and a drum, an emergency brake device of the vehicle is composed of a brake pedal angle sensing unit(102), a wheel angular velocity sensing unit(103), an emergency brake control module(104), a gas generating unit(105), and an auxiliary cylinder(107). The brake pedal sensing unit senses the angle of the brake pedal. The wheel angular sensing unit senses the angular velocity of wheels to the speed of the vehicle. The emergency brake control module outputs a control signal for generating an emergency braking to the angle of the brake pedal detected by the brake pedal angle sensing unit and the angular velocity of wheels detected by the wheel angular velocity sensing unit. The gas generating unit generates gas of the constant pressure by buffing gas with constant pressure after generating high-pressure gas to the control signal output from the emergency brake control module. The auxiliary cylinder pushes the brake shoe and the brake lining to the drum and generates a braking.
