Abstract: A waistline molding assembly is provided to reduce the cost by integrally forming a mounting clip and a waistline and to reduce the number of processes in mounting the waistline molding. A waistline molding assembly includes a waistline molding(110) and a mounting clip(120). The waistline molding is formed long along the front and rear direction of a vehicle. A plurality of catching bosses formed in the upper and lower direction crossly to be attached to upper and lower ends of a door outer panel are provided in the waistline molding. The mounting clip is provided detachably at one lengthwise end of the waistline molding or both ends of the waistline molding. Mounting holes corresponding to the catching boss and the mounting clip are formed in the door outer panel. The catching boss is inserted into the mounting hole and is moved in the lengthwise direction of the waistline molding. A portion of the mounting clip is inserted into and fixed to the mounting hole.

CONSTITUTION: A sun visor body is rotatably combined to a roof panel via a pivot arm. A mirror is installed in front of the sun visor body. The mirror is rotatable by centering on the sun visor body via a forward and backward rotating unit prepared on the sun visor body. A grip(130) for pushing a holder(120) of the forward and backward rotating unit is prepared in one lower face of the mirror. Upon pushing the grip, the mirror is placed in the vertical stance. Thus, the mirror is available even when the sun visor is used.
