    Abstract: PURPOSE: A passenger airbag apparatus for a vehicle is provided to prevent injuries to children due to the development of the airbag by automatically controlling the airbag developing force according passengers. CONSTITUTION: A passenger airbag apparatus for a vehicle comprises a housing(20), an airbag, an inflator, and a tether. The airbag is folded and is accepted in the housing. The inflator(40) is installed at the housing to be rotated. In the inflator, a plurality of diffuser holes is formed at the boundary surface to discharge pressure gas. The one end of the tether is fixed to the inflator and the other end covers the boundary surface of the inflator and is fixed on the inner side of the air bag.

An airbag assembly of a vehicle includes a sliding door(110), a connection member(130), and a door guide member(120). The sliding door moves on a gas inlet(220) to control the amount of expansion gas. The connection member connects an interval of an airbag cushion(300) and a sliding door moved by expansion of the airbag cushion. The connection member is a tether. The tether is built in the airbag cushion to maintain a fixed shape of the airbag cushion. The door guide member guides the sliding door to adjust a hole of the gas inlet.

    Abstract: A tilt lever structure of a steering column is provided to ensure the smooth collapse of the steering column by preventing the tilt lever from interfering with interior materials. A tilt lever structure of a steering column(11) comprises a lower tilt lever(12a) having an end connected to the steering column, and an upper tilt lever(12b) connected to an opposite end of the lower tilt lever via a hinge pin(12). An interior material(14) is integrally formed with a boss(14a) protruding toward the tile lever such that the upper tilt lever rotates smoothly. The opposite end of the lower tilt lever is formed with a pin hole, into which the hinge pin is inserted, and an incised groove. The incised groove is provided at the bottom thereof with a breakable pin(15) protruding upward. The breakable pin is inserted into a pin groove(12bc).
