CONSTITUTION: A CTBA for a four-wheel-drive vehicle comprises a torsion beam, a trailing arm, a spring seat(13), and a wheel mount bracket. The trailing arm is included on both ends of the torsion beam. The spring seat is included in the trailing arm in order to mount a spring, and comprises a torsion beam gripping unit(13a) and a flange unit(13b). The torsion beam gripping unit grips the rear side of the torsion beam in order to reinforce the rigidity of the torsion beam, and the flange unit disperses tension applied to the torsion beam. The wheel mount bracket is included in the trailing arm, and a rear wheel is mounted.
