    Abstract: PURPOSE: An intake system of an engine is provided to reduce noises by making air-flow smooth and reducing turbulences when the intake air is re-circulated in tip-out or accelerations. CONSTITUTION: An intake system of an engine comprises a intake line(100), a discharge line(160), a housing, a re-circulation line, and an anti-surge valve(120). The discharge line discharges exhaust gases burnt in a cylinder. The compressor operated with the turbine installed at the exhaust line the housing is installed among the air suction line installs to the inside. A compressor, which is operated by a turbine connected to the discharge line is installed inside the housing. The re-circulating line circulates air from a downstream side of the intake line to an upstream side of the intake line. The anti-surge valve installed in the re-circulating line opens/closes the re-circulating line. In the re-circulating line, a first section which is straight from the anti- surge valve is more than two times than an entrance diameter of the housing.

CONSTITUTION: A camshaft driving sprocket operates a camshaft(6) by receiving power from a crankshaft through a chain, and has a vertical surface part(3) engaged with the chain, a cone part(4) inclined and extended from the vertical surface part and a fixing surface part(5) vertically extended from the inner end of the cone part and fixed in the camshaft. Plural holes(7) are perforated horizontally in the cone part, and vibration is absorbed by repulsive force of the cone part and position difference in operating vibration to the vertical surface part in engaging the chain with the sprocket. Noise is reduced by shutting off and distributing vibration.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A power train is provided to reduce vibration by decreasing length between an engine and a transmission, and to improve rigidity of a connecting portion. CONSTITUTION: A power train comprises a power transmitting gear(3) mounted in the middle of a crank shaft(1); a power withdrawing shaft(7) engaged with the power transmitting gear to withdraw rotational force of an engine; a withdrawing gear(5) installed on the power withdrawing shaft; a flywheel(9) connected to the power withdrawing shaft; plural bearings(15) supporting a crank case; and a transmission formed on a left portion of the flywheel by passing through a clutch. Thereby, the power train reduces vibration by decreasing length between the engine and the transmission. Moreover, the power train improves rigidity of connecting portion between components by maintaining mounting space.
