Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for displaying surrounding vehicles on a screen based on wireless communication by allowing drivers to confirm surrounding situations during driving by displaying the positions, the driving speeds, and the driving directions of the surrounding vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of wireless signal transmitting parts(100) generates wireless signals. A plurality of wireless signal receiving parts(200) receives the wireless signals from the wireless signal transmitting parts. A surrounding vehicle distance calculating part(300) calculates distances to the surrounding vehicles based on the intensity of the received wireless signals. A surrounding vehicle position estimating part(400) estimates the positions of the surrounding vehicles based on the calculated distances. A surrounding vehicle speed estimating part(500) estimates the driving speeds of the surrounding vehicles. The surrounding vehicle driving direction estimating part(600) estimates the driving directions of the surrounding vehicles. A displaying part(700) displays a screen on which the surrounding vehicles are displayed according to the positions and the driving directions of the surrounding vehicles.
