Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for preventing a seat belt from being twisted of a vehicle is provided to prevent the seat belt from being twisted caused by a supporting ring or a seat buckle by folding the seat belt with a twist preventing guide in putting on/off the seat belt even though a driver or passengers hastily release or put on the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt device of a vehicle includes a seat belt(1) of which one front end is fixed to a seat frame(2), the other front end is connected to a winding-up device(3), and a middle part is hung on a supporting ring(5) fixed to a side wall(4) of the vehicle body and consequently, the seat belt is supported at three spots. A device for preventing the seat belt from being twisted is composed of a guide belt(6) of an elastic film parallel installed to the middle of the seat belt passing through the supporting ring; a seat belt inducing hole(9) penetrated with the seat belt and a guide belt inducing hole(10) penetrated with the guide belt, which are formed at the supporting ring, respectively; and a guide body(11) for guiding both movements of the seat belt and the guide belt fixed and installed to the side wall of the vehicle body. One front end of the guide belt is fixed to the seat belt through a fixing plate(7) and the other front end is connected with a twist preventing guide(8) freely moving with surrounding the seat belt.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gear manufacturing method is provided to increase the durability and abrasion resistance of the gear, and to reduce the manufacturing processes and cost by allowing gear teeth of a material to be formed during a cold-forging process and allowing flow-lines in the material to be continuously maintained. CONSTITUTION: First, a rod-shaped alloy steel material(20) is cold forged so that a predetermined shape of gear teeth(21) such as helical gear teeth is formed at the outer peripheral surface of the material. Then, the cold-forged alloy steel material(20) having the formed gear teeth is cut into a plurality of gears having a predetermined length. Then, the plurality of cut gears undergo carburizing heat treatment process. After the heat treatment process, the gears are finish-worked by grinding both ends of each of the gears.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming fiber flow for bolt is provided to obtain bolts with an excellent torsional rigidity and increased coupling force and durability by suppressing plastic deformation and strain hardening at the head core of mold during cold forging. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a bolt(10) includes a rod wire extrusion step; a cold forging step for cold forging the material at a temperature lower than a re-crystallization temperature of the material so as to improve physical and mechanical characteristics of the material; and a cold rolling step for forming a screw. In the cold forging step, head core of the mold is formed flat so as to form the upper end of a bolt head(12) flat. A heat treatment process constituted by an annealing process which is performed at a temperature of 510 to 580 Deg.C for 100 to 180 minutes, is added after completion of the cold rolling step, so as to thereby remove residual stress. A fiber flow is distributed all over the bolt head and formed near vertical with respect to a torsional torque direction(30), in such a manner that the bolt head is provided with an excellent torsional rigidity.
