Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer apparatus of a 4 wheel drive vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to simplify the composition by doubly assembling a drive shaft having a transfer drive gear. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus of a 4 wheel drive vehicle is composed of a transfer housing(110), a hollow shaft(120), and a drive shaft(130). The hollow shaft is formed within the transfer housing. One end of a body unit(131) of the drive shaft is assembled in the hollow shaft in a spline(132). The drive shaft is combined with the hollow shaft by a fixing unit(140). A transfer drive gear(133) is formed at the other end of the drive shaft. The fixing unit is a circular link. The fixing unit is inserted in a recessed part formed along the columnar direction of the drive shaft and the hollow shaft.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat treatment method for removing residual stress of cylinder head is provided to improve durability and physical properties in a high temperature range in which the cylinder head is operated by preventing strain, crack and damage of cast article due to internal stress generated by contraction in cast article cooling process. CONSTITUTION: In a residual stress removing heat treatment method in the manufacturing process of cylinder head for large vehicles, the heat treatment method for removing residual stress of the cylinder head comprises the steps of proceeding cooling process of the melt injected into the mold after performing the process of injecting molten iron into mold, and increasing temperature of a cast article for one hour; maintaining the temperature increased cast article at 600 deg.C for two hours; and leaving alone the cooled cast article in the air so that the cast article is naturally cooled after cooling the cast article to 80 deg.C in a heat treatment furnace for six hours.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming fiber flow for bolt is provided to obtain bolts with an excellent torsional rigidity and increased coupling force and durability by suppressing plastic deformation and strain hardening at the head core of mold during cold forging. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a bolt(10) includes a rod wire extrusion step; a cold forging step for cold forging the material at a temperature lower than a re-crystallization temperature of the material so as to improve physical and mechanical characteristics of the material; and a cold rolling step for forming a screw. In the cold forging step, head core of the mold is formed flat so as to form the upper end of a bolt head(12) flat. A heat treatment process constituted by an annealing process which is performed at a temperature of 510 to 580 Deg.C for 100 to 180 minutes, is added after completion of the cold rolling step, so as to thereby remove residual stress. A fiber flow is distributed all over the bolt head and formed near vertical with respect to a torsional torque direction(30), in such a manner that the bolt head is provided with an excellent torsional rigidity.

Abstract: A coupling device can reduce the cost by using a paper plate instead of steel plate. In a coupling device, which compresses a plurality of plates with the magnetic force according to the clutch operation so that the plates are integrally rotated, a plurality of paper plates(200) are laminated at certain intervals between disc-shaped cover units(100) which are positioned at one side of a coil(10), and the cover units serving as an armature compress the paper plates with the magnetic force toward the coil. The cover units consists of a front unit(110) positioned in the coil side and a rear unit(120) positioned in the control(2) side. The magnetic force is generated as current flows in the coil and the front unit and the rear unit serve as an armature pulling the paper plates toward the coil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for improving the stiffness of a knuckle for a vehicle is provided to prevent the weakening of the surface structure due to the concentration of a stress or processing by rounding the corners of a section and to lengthen the life span by restraining the concentration of a stress. CONSTITUTION: Recesses grooves(30) are formed on both sides of a section of a protrusion(11). Round portions(31) are formed in respective corners. One process round portion is formed on each curved portion of the protrusion. The thickness of the protrusion is maintained uniform. Recessed grooves are formed on both sides of the horizontal section of the protrusion. Round portions are formed in respective corners. According to the recessed grooves and the round portions, the breakage due to the concentration of a stress is avoided. Further, the uniform thickness improves the stiffness.
