Abstract: 본 발명은 로우 크랭크케이스용 보강재의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 14 ~ 25 wt% 실리콘(Si), 2 ~ 7 wt% 구리(Cu), 0.2 ~ 2.0 wt% 마그네슘(Mg) 및 잔량의 알루미늄(Al)으로 구성된 과공정 알루미늄 합금 조성물의 용탕을 보온로에서 소정 온도로 유지하고 인(P)을 50 ~ 500ppm 첨가하여 소정 시간 안정화시키는 개량화 처리를 한 후, 연속 주조를 통해 환봉을 만드는 과정; 상기 환봉을 소정 길이로 절단하는 과정; 절단된 환봉을 300 ~ 400℃로 가열하여 열간 단조하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 로우 크랭크케이스용 보강재와, 상기 보강재가 로우 크랭크케이스 본체의 저널 부위에 인서트된 로우 크랭크케이스에 관한 것이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reinforcing material for low crankcase and a device and method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve strength by making a reinforcing material with hypereutectic aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION: A method for reinforcing material(100) for low crankcase includes the next step. The molten metal of hypereutectic aluminum alloy composed of silicon(Si) 14~25 wt%, copper(Cu) 2~7wt%, magnesium(Mg) 0.2~2.0 wt%, and remaining aluminum(Al) is kept in a thermos furnace in a fixed temperature. Phosphorus(P) 50~500ppm is added in the molten metal after a fixed time for improving and stabilizing processes. Therefore, a round bar is manufactured by the continuous casting of the molten metal. The round bar is heated in 300 ~ 400°C for hot forging process.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for recycling the scraps of magnesium alloy, by removing impurities included in magnesium alloy scrap, is provided to suppress the oxidation of molten metal by performing a recycling process with in a sealed area. A tapping part(126) is formed on the upper one side of the melting furnace. One side of the melting furnace is rotated at a tilt toward a tapping part. The first clean furnace comprises a gas injector(230). The second clean furnace is formed in one side of the first clean furnace. The second clean furnace comprises a second filter.

Abstract: A reflector for a vehicle headlamp is provided to perform high castability and stiffness by improving a coupling structure of a reflection hemisphere and a lamp mounting part. A reflector is installed inside a headlamp housing of a vehicle, and is casted into a magnesium alloy. A rib(22a) is vertically formed on an outer surface of a lamp mounting part(22) of a rear end of a reflection hemisphere(21). The reflection hemisphere and the lamp mounting part are connected by the rib. A stepped protrusion(23a) is formed according to an edge of a front end of the reflection hemisphere. Height of the stepped protrusion is more than 1.8mm.

Abstract: A heater for testing solidity is provided to improve convenience of a test and reduce cost by substituting for a high cost heater for testing solidity at high temperature. A heater for testing solidity includes a cylindrical tester main body(10), a base plate(20), a support(30), a heat transfer bar(40), a sample set screw, and a thermometer(70). A sample(5) is loaded on the center of the base plate. The support is installed on the base plate and fixes the sample at a predetermined height.
