Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for fixing a panel of a vehicle is provided to fix various panels regardless of sorts of vehicles by integrally fixing a clamp and a supporting section using epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A jig for fixing a panel comprises a clamp(12) and a supporting section(14) for fixing a joint portion of the panel(26). The clamp(12) is connected to the supporting section(14) by a cylinder(22). The clamp(12) and the supporting section(14) are formed as upper and lower cases(16,17) receiving a plurality of pins(18) therein. Abstract: PURPOSE: A spot-welding gun is provided to prevent the mark of welding on the exterior by welding the outer periphery of the bolt assembling unit with a slot tip, and to simplify the cooling system by directly cooling the heating unit while supplying cooling air to the slot tip. CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft(19) is installed at the side of a body(17) of a spot-welding gun, and a driving actuator(5) is installed on the guide shaft by a guide block(21). A movable tip(3) is installed in the end of an operating holder(25) of the driving actuator by a shank(27), and a fixed tip(1) is installed in the end of the driving actuator. The driving actuator is connected to the pneumatic line by a pneumatic pressure control solenoid valve(31) to receive pneumatic pressure, and power is supplied from a transformer to the movable tip and the fixed tip. The movable tip and the fixed tip are formed of the slot tip for forming the ring shaped welding mark, and an air passage(109) is formed in the operating holder and connected to the solenoid valve by a pneumatic hose(107) to inject cool air directly to the welding part.
