Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a controlling method of an active brake system capable of securing a stable movement and a braking distance by reducing and correcting a braking pressure in case of a slide generating condition which is caused by a water screen phenomenon when a brake control is performed by the operation of a brake pedal. The present invention includes the following processes of: detecting the pedal effort of a brake pedal in a driving state, a speed per wheel, a tire air pressure, and whether rain falls or not; determining a target pressure for the brake control by applying a set map if a driving speed is faster than a reference speed in case of rain and the pedal effort of the brake pedal is detected; generating braking force by operating a master cylinder through a smart booster, comparing an operation pressure with the target pressure by detecting the operation pressure which is added to the master cylinder, and determining whether the operation pressure approaches a set value or not; outputting an alarm message by determining the slide generating situation of a vehicle when more pressing the brake pedal if the operation pressure approaches the value which is set to the target pressure; and maintaining the brake control with the determined target pressure without responding to an additional virtual pressure in case a pedal effort which more presses the brake pedal in a state of warning against the slide generating situation of the vehicle is detected. PURPOSE: The brake controlling method of a hybrid vehicle is provided to improve the reliability by securing the stability of a differential controlling process with respect to the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative breaking cooperative control is implemented according to a braking demand, the acceleration change of a hybrid vehicle is detected(S103, S104). According to the acceleration change of the hybrid vehicle, hydraulic torque transformation coefficient is variously applied(S108). If the acceleration change of the hybrid vehicle is increased, the hydraulic torque transformation coefficient is reduced as much as the increased acceleration change of the hybrid vehicle and the reduced hydraulic torque transformation coefficient is applied.

The present invention relates to a brake control system and a brake control method for a vehicle. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a brake control system and a brake control method for a vehicle, which can provide customized braking characteristics to drivers having different driving tendencies and can improve vehicle marketability. To achieve the purpose, the brake control system according to the present invention comprises: an operation part provided to allow a driver to selectively input one of a plurality of predetermined braking characteristics modes; a brake input detecting part for detecting a brake pedal operation variance or a brake pedal manipulation force of the driver; and a control part for receiving a mode selection signal from the operation part to recognize a braking characteristic mode selected by the driver, and then controlling a wheel brake to generate a predetermined pattern of braking force in the braking characteristic mode selected by the driver based on the brake pedal operation variance and a brake pedal operation force detected by the brake input detecting part.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling regenerative braking of a hybrid vehicle is provided to minimize noise generation at the time to finish control of the regenerative braking. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling regenerative braking of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a step of determining the entrance of the hybrid vehicle to a condition of finishing regenerative braking control at a state of practicing the regenerative braking control; a step of reducing a pump motor and solenoid valve duty by stages in case of the entrance of the hybrid vehicle; and a step of finishing the regenerative braking control in case of the pump motor and solenoid valve duty is calculated by "0".

본 발명은 보조브레이크의 전자제어 구조 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 운전자의 페달 답력을 전달받는 브레이크 페달(100)과; 상기 브레이크 페달(100)과 연동되며, 모터 제어를 통해 마스터실린더에서 유압을 생성하는 모터구동형 부스터(110)와; 상기 브레이크 페달(100)과 모터구동형 부스터(110)에 연동되어 운전자의 요구 제동압을 파악하여 급제동 상황을 판단하는 압력센서(111)와; 상기 모터구동형 부스터(110)에 구비되되, 상기 압력센서(111)와 연동되어 보조브레이크 진입 및 해제 여부를 판단하여 상기 모터구동형 부스터(110)를 제어하는 전자제어부(112)로 구성되어, 별도의 전자제어부(112)를 삭제하여 부스터에서 제어할 수 있게 하여 모터를 통한 움직임으로 인해 유압을 생성하도록 하여 제동 성능을 향상시키는 동시에 연비를 증대시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.
